Delivery Charges

We offer FREE Sofa delivery to UK mainland addresses from Monday to Friday.

Homeware, furniture and in stock products are subject to a delivery charge of £79. The charge will be applied at the checkout and will clearly be marked for your reference.

All non-standard deliveries will require an additional contribution to the delivery charge, which will be quoted upon the placement of an order.

Non-standard deliveries include awkward access, window deliveries, specialist vehicles Including smaller van etc. If you believe you may require a non-standard delivery, please call 0800 599 9318 or contact your local store, who will be able to assist.

Deliveries made to UK non-mainland address will be charged at a fixed rate of £150. These addresses include Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Island, and Isle of Scilly.

Lead Times

All our sofas and some of our home collections are handmade to order. We will always endeavour to meet the estimated lead-time of approx. 16 weeks.

When your order is ready, we'll arrange a delivery date to suit you. For sofa product range, we will set it up in a room of your choice and dispose of packaging too.

Guarantee & Returns

5 Year Sofa Guarantee

All furniture frames (excluding lighting) shall be guaranteed for a period of 5 years from date of purchase against manufacture defects only.

Returns Policy

For all furniture, lighting, bedroom furniture and home accessories (not available to take away from the Store) and subject to applicable laws, after 14 days and within 30 days from noted delivery, a store credit will be provided subject to a manager's approval and shall at all times be less 20% restocking fee.
