Social distancing

No need to be nervous about venturing out to buy a new sofa. We're taking a lot of precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and our teams. Find out more.

We will be limiting the number of household customers in the store at any one time to ensure social distancing is maintained (keeping 2 metres apart at all times - which is equivalent to a three-seater sofa FYI), waving rather than shaking hands, regularly sanitising all surfaces (including sofas and fabric books) and steam cleaning every sofa every day. We will also provide hand sanitizer to all visitors and all the appropriate PPE for our teams.
