In these strange and unprecedented times, we want to assure you that the Sofa Workshop team are doing everything we can to support not only each other but our customers and workshops.

We are taking all the necessary steps as advised by the Government and Public Health England to minimise the spread of Covid-19 and protect our communities and loved ones. As such, from 23 March 2020, we have closed all of our shops and workshops and temporarily stopped all deliveries, service and repair visits, for the safety and wellbeing of our team and our customers.

You can still place an order online or chat with our Design Consultants who are ready to answer any questions. Our lead times may be longer than usual but rest assured, we will get started on your order as soon as we can and will be in touch to let you know when you can expect to receive it.

Yes, our Design Consultants are still working and happy to help with any questions or to place an order. You can speak to them 0800 2300 048. Likewise, you can order swatches or a comfy new sofa through our website.

It’s difficult to say when we will be able to deliver as this is an unprecedented situation. Our standard lead-time is 6-10 weeks from the date your fabric arrives at the workshop however until this situation is resolved, our workshops and fabric houses will remain closed. We will be in touch with you to arrange a delivery date as soon as the situation improves.

As of the 23 March 2020, following government guidelines we have temporarily closed all shops until further notice.

We are unable to say at this time when they will reopen but will share information on our website as soon as they do.

All our sofas are made-to-order so if the workshops haven’t started your order as yet, we will keep your fabric safely stored until they can start work on it. If your sofa was ready, rest assured we will keep it safe and deliver it as soon as it is safe to do so. We will be in touch with you, by phone or email, to let you know when you can expect to receive it.

We understand these uncertain times can create financial concerns. If you’ve already taken delivery of your product then you should speak directly with your finance provider, and they’ll be able talk you through the options available to you.
